WTF Child support returned

I called them after getting it and was told my ex no longer wants their services, however I don't have a current address for her so where do I send my Child Support..
Payment request
Posted On Friday, July 6, 2007 at by JTSIn February after paying off my back amount owe, well, what I was told, by a DCSE worker, which was off by 97 dollars, a with holding order was put in place again, which was fine with me.
Then I get this letter,
Dear, James
We are responding to your request for inormation regarding your child support case.
The past due support debt on your case is $97. Your request for the amount of the past due support debt is being researched by our office. We will respond to your request when our research is complete.
The amount of your child support obligation is $XXXXXXXX per month
Other just an FYI, We did not get enough money in June.
Please call me E. Stewart at 1-800.xxx.xxxx
I didn't request any info for that month.

Dear James,
Take Notice that the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) demands immediate payment of your past due support.
According to our records, as of the above date your support is past due $XXXXXXXX. We have not received a payment for Child support in more than forty-five days. You need to pay your past due support in full and the payment must be received within ten days. If you cannot pay the entire past due balance or hav3e information that this balance is not correct, contact the diestrict office listed on this letter immediatley.
State and Federal laws allow the DCSE and the Courts to collect the support you owe. Some ways we collect support are by .
- havind your employer withhold support form your wages or unemployment benefits;
- issuing liens and orders to withhold money in bank accounts and other financial institutions,
- seizing and selling your property;
- intercepting state and federal payments and refunds due you;
- informing credit bureaus of your past due support
- denying issuance or reissuance of your passport;
- informing DMV to suspend or refuse to renew your driver's license;
- petitioning the courts to require you to turn in any certificate, registration or other business, trade, professional, occupational or recreational (including hunting and fishing) licenses;
- filing a motion with the court to enforce your child support obligation and assessed attorney fees.
The DCSE charges interest in your past due support as specified in your support order, or if not specified in accordance with law of the state in which the support order was issued.
Payment must be made payable to the Treasure of VA and mailed to The Division of Child Support Enforcement, P.O.Box 570, Richmond, VA 23218-0570. It is extremely important that you include your Social Security Number on the payment.
